Urban Green

Urban Green approached me to establish themselves as Chicago's premier landscaping partner. Aiming to bridge the gap between small operations and corporate firms, they sought to attract design-conscious clients seeking sophistication and sustainability. To match their aspirations and capabilities, I created a minimal but refined brand identity centered on the Bud – an iconic logo drawing from Chicago's motto "Urbs in Horto" (City in a Garden) that interweaves the city's skyline, river and parks. The identity system, implemented across web and marketing, positioned Urban Green as a sophisticated and credible choice for institutional, corporate and high-end residential clients who value aesthetics and the environment.
