Warrior Dash
Despite having pioneered obstacle course racing (OCR), Warrior Dash faced a pivotal challenge. While its focus on family entertainment had driven its initial success, this strategy now hindered its appeal to an emerging digital-first, fitness-focused audience. To address this challenge, I proposed a strategic rebrand that moved beyond traditional "mud run" aesthetics toward a refined, performance-driven identity. The transformation included a redesigned logo and modernized digital presence allowing Warrior Dash to honor its heritage, replenish its brand equity and establish itself as a fitness brand.
